Please note when booking your trip that we need a mobile contact number for you when travelling. This is to ensure if you are separated from us or delayed on your return journey we are able to ensure we can meet you quickly and easily to take you to your destination. We ask that you supply this information with your booking in the contact details section.
If you experience difficulty forwarding your booking please contact us by phone or use our contact us page and we will contact you to complete the booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until we send you a confirmation notice via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours please contact us by phone or our contact us page and we will finalise your booking with you.
We take pride in our punctual service to customers so please be aware that in the event of lengthy flight delays, it may be necessary to collect you on the next available shuttle, avoiding inconvenience to other passengers using our service.
